Balzaquiana, hoje na casa dos 50, reina na Flip

Não adianta insistir com homenageados pingados a cada ano, o grande patrono sentimental e espiritual permanente da Flip é o simpático gordinho Honoré de Balzac(1799-1850). O cara.

Paraty está repleto de Júlias d`Àiglemont, a personagem de “A Mulher de Trinta Anos”. A danada responsável pelo termo balzaquiana.

Acontece que as Júlias de hoje têm entre 40 e 50 e tantos. Não apenas por causa dos avanços da medicina e da cosmética. É que não estão mais mal casadas como a referida nega da França napoleônica. Já se livraram dos seus trastes há séculos.

“Como pude!”, dizem.

Júlia foi a primeira mal-casada como protagonista de uma novela. Rebelou-se. Balzac talvez tenha inventado o feminismo. Sapeca.

Só sei que elas estão em Paraty e dominam a cena. São maioria absoluta. Estão soltas ou com os seus namorados, cachos, novos maridos etc. São as mulheres mais livres e exigentes do planeta. Querem do bom e do melhor. Estão certas.

Não comem qualquer coisa. Não bebem qualquer vinhozinho meia-tigela. Curtem uma certa decência gastronômica. Elas podem. Só elas.

E ainda guardam uma arroganciazinha, como tudo na literatura -a arte morta mais metida do universo. Elas leem Jonathan Franzen como metáfora da América.

Jonathan Franzen é um cara mais legal do que eu imaginava. Nem tai pra metáfora da América. Gosta de observar pássaros e tirar onda. Amo isso.

As lindas afilhadas de Balzac –falo da mulher de 40 a 50 e poucos,repito!- estão mais sexy do que nunca.

Talvez por esse olhar superior para os mortais, talvez por terem se livrado dos péssimos primeiros maridos. Com certeza por não terem mais a urgência das horas do sexo imediato na moita moral da existência. Sábias.

Nunca vi mais lindas. Umas clarices. Perdidamente apaixonado por umas 15 que vi ontem, me despeço. Sim, uma delas era o Laerte!
