A galinhada do Kassab e a comida de grife

A comida de marca é mesmo um novo grande fetiche.

E não só da chamada nova classe C, em nome de quem se faz tudo que se presta e que não presta hoje em dia no Brasil.

Falo da galinhada do Alex Atala, o famoso chef dono do restaurante classificado, em um torneio do gênero, como o 4º melhor do mundo, o D.O.M., de SP.

Atala é um cara legal, um cara patente ZL (zona leste de SP), que manja e não fica arrotando por ai a superioridade da chamada “alta gastronomia”.

Cabia a Atala fazer uma galinhada da Virada Cultural, em pleno Minhocão. Foi gente demais. Faltou penosa na encruzilhada de Santa Cecília. Correria e confusão até umas horas.

O secretário de Cultura de SP, Carlos Augusto Calil, deu a nota: “Alta gastronomia em um evento de massa é incontrolável… A gente aprendeu”.

Realmente o populacho não sabe se comportar diante de comida de grife. Não foi isso que o Calil falou, mas vai aqui como minha possível e maliciosa tradução. Já que não tem galinhada, que coma brioche.

É irônico que em uma SP que proíbe a comida de rua, na contramão da história e da urbanidade em todo o mundo, apenas o rango de marca seja liberado. Só poderia dar nesse sururu todo que vimos.

Não sabia que a cidade amava tanto assim uma galinhada. Ora, conheça o Dema, vá no Bahia, ambos no bairro paulistano do Canindé.

Melhor: vá a Goiás, vá a Minas,visite a Serra do Rola-Moça, nos arredores de BH.

Eu prefiro sempre com pequi, por causa da minha origem na chapada do Araripe, óbvio.

Com todo perdão do Atala, minha mãe, dona Maria do Socorro, faz bem melhor.

Já comeu seu rango de grife hoje, meu amigo, minha amiga? O bom é que costuma ser bem baratim.

    I was wondering if you ever considered changing the layout of your blog? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or two images. Maybe you could space it out better?
