Atravesso agora Barcelona como um velho e invisível Avôhai cruza a soleira de botas longas, barbas longas…

Um sol para cada um dos 3.957 viventes. Depois do almoço, a sesta, digo, la siesta, é obrigatória. Ainda existem lugares saudáveis no Brasil que mantêm o melhor dos ibéricos costumes.

Estou na Barcelona potiguar, agreste do Rio Grande do Norte, uma das sete Barcelonas do mundo. Moças lindas que só perdem para Maria, uma ex que ora flana nas ramblas originais.

Moças lindas de zolhinhos semicerrados nas redes sonhando príncipes e modernidades.

A sesta deveria ser obrigatória por lei, constar na tábua constitucional, ser recomendada pelo Ministério da Saúde.

Como é bom tirar uma sesta, abaixar a cortina e dar um risinho safado para o capital que se esborracha lá fora; como é bom, mesmo para um falido, ajeitar os travesseiros e cerrar os olhos para sonhos pequenos.

Por uma sesta à sombra da toda-poderosa Federação das Indústrias do Estado de São Paulo, a Fiesp, perto do meu esconderijo babilônico.

Uma sesta com as janelas abertas na rua da Aurora, a rua mais linda do mundo, de onde avista-se Beberibes, Capibaribes, Áfricas, Tongas e Polinésias…

A Barcelona potiguar me lembrou como é bom tirar uma sesta com uma rapariga enroscada aos pés, sono leve de conchinha, colherzinha torta de Uri Geller e quetais.

Mas os dois precisam estar no espírito da sesta. Uma alma em desassosego acaba com qualquer sesta, sesta-de-favor não vale, sesta, siesta, carece de savoir faire… Um gato ali ronronando pelas nossas costelas, ave felino.

Numa sesta não vale sonhos épicos, apenas sonhos pequenos,daqueles que a gente realiza num piscar de olhos. Sonhos são filmes grátis, que vemos sem o barulho ridículo de pipoca ou de gente.

Os sonhos são feitos pelos cineastas mortos, jeito de ocupar-lhes no inferno ou purgatório. Coisa da aliança espúria de Deus e do Diabo.

Sesta: modo de usar. Quanto dura uma sesta? O ideal é que não se faça o uso do despertador, que não seja um curta-metragem, que seja um filme que se durma nele inteiro, que se beije o olho de quem dormir primeiro.

Chico Doido amava uma safada sesta. Ele defendia que Jesus Cristo deveria ter nascido em plagas dos Seridós e Caicós.

E qual seria a utilidade do barbudo da cruz neste mundo aqui distante das judeias, belens & jerusaléns?

Jesus nos serviria só para tanger as moscas e atrair as moças da capital.

Gênio dos gênios, esse Chico que de doido não tinha nada. Vocês precisam pesquisar e conhecer urgentemente.

Aqui me despeço por hoje. Barcelona cochila e eu vou em busca de uma cerveja antes do meu tardio almoço caprino. Sim, pra ficar pensando melhor. Como disse o outro Chico, cientista-mor da sonoridade brasuca.
