Finalmente o outono do patriarca. Ele se foi. Adeus, Ricardo Teixeira, o todo-poderoso da CBF havia quase um quarto de século.

Este blog não é lugar para chutar cachorro morto. Até porque o seu titular jamais maltrataria um cão. Principalmente aqueles cães danados do Mercado da Encruzilhada, os que mais amo, na invicta cidade do Recife.

Ele se foi. E aqui conto o nosso melhor encontro. Sob o signo de Eros. Lá estava um ainda soberbo sr. Teixeira entre as moças mais belas do Café Photo, cabaré de luxo desta SP de tantas ofertas e demandas.

Reinava o sr. Teixeira. Pelo menos naquele momento não estava fazendo mal à humanidade. Só às moças. Lindas. Estava na metade do reinado que acabou nesta semana.

Por inveja, não inveja do pênis como canta o doutor Sigmund, mas inveja da grana, me aproximei do homem da CBF.

E tirei uma onda. Ele é esperto e sabido, mas caiu feito um patinho do Ibirapuera.

-Seu Ricardo, quanta injustiça da imprensa paulista contra o sr., não é mesmo? –fiz a troça.

-Finalmente alguém reconhece! –disse ele, entre um cangote de uma loira e de uma morena.

-Aquele Juca Kfouri, então, quanta maldade! – segui na farsa.

-Um frustrado, só pode ser isso. Não deve comer ninguém – riu com os dentes dentro do copo de uísque.

Uma pedra do gelo do copo dele caiu no meu lustrado sapato bico fino de repórter outrora sério.

Mister Barrol, grande amigo, passou por nós às gargalhadas. Cadu, Coppola e Lanza idem.

-Uma perseguição injusta, seu Teixeira – seguia na bajulação às avessas.

-Ainda bem que alguém finalmente reconhece – disse o capo, agora com uma mulher em cada perna. Lindas. Inveja.

Um dia ainda serei presidente da CBF, especulei.

-Não, pô, sacanagem, milzinho não, tá pensando que sou da Fifa – tentava negociar com a mulher mais bonita que vi na vida.

Óbvio, tio Nelson, que ela saiu com o confederado-mor, o sr. Teixeira. Foi a primeira vez que fui vítima do seu superfaturamento.

Perdi, quem manda frequentar lugar de playboy. Perdeu, suposto pleiba.

Uma noitada e tanto.

Sem bala pra gastar no Photo com as melhores, acabei mesmo foi no Love Story, a casa de todas as casas. Pela metade do preço fui feliz inteiro.
