Por que o brasileiro ama tanto o chefe?
02/05/12 11:58Lá se foi o feriadão e é hora de falar mal do chefe, este esporte nacional de nove entre cada 10 brasileiros.
Por isso fiquei bege, como se dizia na prosódia GLS, com o resultado da pesquisa publicada ontem na Folha.
Na hora de falar sério sobre o assunto, 88% dos empregados esquecem a língua ferina e dizem “eu te amo” aos superiores da firma.
Tratei do assunto em crônica para a versão impressa do jornal. Continuo encanado com o assunto e queria dividir o meu susto com o bravo e resistente leitorado deste blog de costumes, comportamento e real-politik.

O amor na firma é lindo, mas amar o próprio chefe, no grau revelado pela pesquisa, não seria se declarar ao carrasco com a corda no pescoço?
Tudo bem, sempre tive desejo pelas minhas superioras mais poderosas. Só a elas, nunca às chefias masculinas, obedeci com todos os sins e améns. Pura perversão. Talvez vontade de inverter o mando no campo amoroso.
O fundamental Karl Marx (1818 — 1883) talvez explique em algum compêndio sobre luta de classes –lembre-se que uma das suas empregadas domésticas, a jovem Helen, o amava e com o barbudo teve um filho.
O que explicaria tanto amor pelos superiores? Mais um traço da cordialidade? Submissão atávica? Canalhice trabalhística: diz que ama, por alguma pilantragem, mas no fundo detesta? Talvez um pouco disso tudo.
Uma canalhice que o amado chefe retribui na hora de demitir os seus fãs. “Você é ótimo, excelente profissional, um exemplo, mas, infelizmente, vai para a rua da amargura”, diria o perverso, olhando para a fotinha do teu crachá, imagem de quando ainda era um funcionário jovem e saudável.
Nada mais revelador do estrago que nos faz o emprego do que o 2×2 dos crachás. O trabalho danifica o homem, como diz o mantra de boteco.
Eita, me lembrei agora de uma bela fábula de Esopo. Um cordeirinho reclamando da revolta de um porco (vide ilustração aí acima) capturado pela chefia do pastoreio.
Enfim, chega de me repetir aqui nesta croniqueta reciclada. Só queria saber de vocês o que explicaria esse amor todo pelo(a) fofo(a) do(a) chefinho(a).
